392 Series Industrial Potentiometer, Conductive Plastic Element, PC Terminal, 0.5 W Power Rating Economical potentiometer designed to meet wave soldering applications for mounting to PC boards. Meets flow solderability and washability test requirements. MIL-R-94 standards apply where applicable. Resistance Tolerance: Linear, up to 1 MΩ ±10%, 1M to 5M ±20%. Tapers, up to 250K ±10%, above 250K to 5M ±20%. Resistance Range: 100 Ω to 5 MΩ, linear; 500 Ω to 2 MΩ, tapered. Power Rating: 0.5 watt maximum continuous power rating for linear taper, but voltage not to exceed rating. Working Voltage: 350 VDC across end terminals, but power not to exceed rating. Linearity: ±5% Independent. Torque Range: 0.20 to 2.0 oz. in. Shafts, Standard: 0.125 dia. Solvent Resistance: Housing resistant to trichlorethylene, chlorethene, NU Freon TMS, Freon TMC, carbon tetrachloride, toluene, MEK ethyleacetate and gasoline. Series 392JA: 7/8" long shaft FMS, screwdriver slotted metal shaft and metal bushing, PC terminals. Series 392JB: 7/8" long shaft FMS, screwdriver slotted plastic shaft and plastic bushing, PC terminals. The 392JA series features a 7/8" long shaft FMS, screwdriver slotted metal shaft and metal bushing, PC terminals. These industrial potentiometer have conductive plastic element. And these are useful for medical equipment, telecommunication and manual controls.
